Located on the top floor with some of the best views of Tokyo looking over Tokyo Bay and Hama-rikyu Gardens, Executive Lounge is exclusively available for guests on the Executive floor. This semi-private space makes you feel at home just like in your own living room. At the lounge, we offer services tailored to each of our guests, including breakfast, aromatic coffee and afternoon tea, and a selection of evening dishes daily picked from our restaurants.

Executive Lounge is exclusively for guests on Executive floor and Hilton Owners Diamond members. The lounge is available for free for pre-school children (age 5 or younger) and for 4,347 yen (including tax, service fee)/night for children aged 6 and older. Service varies by type of stay. • Conrad Bear: Each room at Conrad Hotels in the world has local bespoke Conrad Bear as a gift for our guests.We offer our original bear at Conrad Tokyo. (1 bear per room)
• Upon request, we offer a set of aroma oils that you can enjoy in the room. The oils come with your choice of lavender, lemon, and rosemary.

* TREX bike tour is for guests aged 12 or older with minimum height of 150cm. Please be advised that bike rental for children is not available.
* Reserve at least three days prior to the date of your ride.
* All the bicycles used for TREX bike tours are covered by TS mark insurance (red). This does not cover damage to items of other persons and the rental bike users' belongings. Review your insurance policy, including international travel insurance coverage, and buy additional insurance as needed.
* The ride will be called off if it rains. If bad weather is expected, you will be notified by around 5:00 p.m. on the day before your ride. The organizer may cancel the ride after 5:00 p.m. on the previous day due to natural disasters such as strong wind, snowfall, earthquake, or for any other reasons that could pose a potential danger to participants as decided by the organizer. In case of cancellation, we will rebook you with a regular stay in consultation with you.
* For cancellation made by guests, a cancellation fee will be charged.
